- I do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
- If you email me, I only use your email to reply.
- People in event photographs are shown with their permission.

Who runs this site

What is collected
When you visit
Like every website, the host records basic technical details of each visit, such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested. I do not run analytics on top of this.
When you email me
If you write to me through the email links on this site, I keep your message and your email address so that I can reply. I do not add you to any mailing list.
Other people on this site
Some photographs show people at events, campaigns and performances I have been part of. They are shared with the permission of the people in them, or of their parents for anyone under 18. Stories from the Humans of CI project live on humansofci.com, under that site’s own privacy policy.
If you appear in a photograph and would like it removed, write to me and I will take it down.
Services this site uses
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, which means your browser asks Google’s servers for them.
- Unsplash serves a few background photographs from its own servers.
- My website host stores the site and keeps the visit records described above.
Some pages link to other websites, such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Saahas and the CI Outcome Predictor. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave this site.
Cookies
This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. WordPress sets cookies only for the person who logs in to manage it.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask me what information I hold about you, and ask me to correct or delete it. Write to navyaamrig@gmail.com and I will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Changes to this policy
If anything here changes, for example if a form is added, I will update this page and the date at the top first.
Questions or removals
Write to me and I will reply myself.
